We recommend prior to signing the Contract of Sale you have the contract reviewed. At Geelong Property Conveyancing we do not charge to review a Contract of Sale and Section 32 Statement. We are with you from start to finish and arrange State Revenue Office documents including stamp duty concessions, First Home Buyer discounts, complete settlement and liaise with all parties involved in the transaction.
